Senior Recruitment Team Lead (Contract) - Non Billing

This particular role is with the top Contract team in our London office within the Tech industry (Austin Fraser brand). We are looking for a non-billing, contracts leader for a well established, highly driven team of 4 consultants and 1 associate consultant with an opportunity to expand the team going forward.

Your focus as a non-billing leader:
🔸Leading, developing, inspiring and continuing to motivate a diverse sales team of 5
🔸Supporting the team in winning new (contract) business
🔸Stepping in to support in sales conversations (where needed)
🔸Creating a high performing sales environment and leading by example
🔸Driving performance and maintaining standards using data and KPIs
🔸Working very closely with our contracts manager Charles on the strategic goals of the contracts team
🔸Being a D&I champion
What you'll bring to the table:
🔹You will have solid experience within 360° recruitment, preferably contract market and ideally within the Tech industry (We are also open to recruitment experience from other industries)
🔹Experience in mentoring, team leading or managing junior and/or experienced recruitment consultants
🔹You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and administratively sound
🔹You are self-motivated but able to work well to instructions
🔹You are an empathetic person who has well-developed interpersonal skills
🔹You have strong communication skills both verbally and written
🔹You thrive off your team's success
🔹You are ambitious, with a keen interest in self-development and career progression
