This particular role is with our top performing Deliveryteam in our London office within the Tech industry (Austin Fraser brand) who are currently expanding their team and are looking for an experience delivery consultant to join the #DreamTeam. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
🔸 Manage a 180° desk: in short, you will be focused on the candidate side- sourcing, headhunting, selection, lead generation, negotiating, maintaining candidate communication, and providing an exceptional experience for your tech candidates in the London area.
🔸 Develop talent pipelines while building and maintaining strong candidate relationships, all while closely working with the account managers / 360° Recruiters in your team.
🔸 Recruiting candidates according to specific technical needs.
🔸 Promote and attend networking events and opportunities prevalent in the IT community.
🔸 Represent the Austin Fraser Tech brand whilst networking with notable members of the tech community in the London area and beyond.
