This particular role is part of one of the longest-established teams in our Munich office - the Munich Permanent Recruitment team in the Tech sector (Austin Fraser brand). You will be working in a team of 8 (currently) who live and breathe Austin Fraser values and have a BIG #TeamSpirit 💜 They are looking for passionate, sales-driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant who wants to build their own success, contribute to the team and play a part in our culture 🎉 If you have already gained some agency recruitment experience, love sales, business development and enjoy working in a 360° capacity this is an amazing opportunity with a potential to cover one of the vertical markets: Front End, PHP, Data, Product Owners or Scrum Masters.

Your focus as (Senior) Recruitment Consultant:
🔸Managing a 360° desk in a specific Tech Vertical Market - Permanent Recruitment (Festanstellungen)
🔸Prospecting, Lead Generation & Business Development through various Cold acquisition channels (Calling, Emailing, Social Media, Networking)
🔸Negotiating new Terms & Conditions, improving existing contracts by upselling or winning exclusive or retained business
🔸Sourcing, Headhunting & Recruitment of Tech talent in line with your clients' requirements
🔸Process management from the first point of contact with the candidate through to the signing of the contract on the client's side
🔸Building long lasting relationship with candidates and clients
🔸Representing Austin Fraser Brand
What you'll bring to the table:
🔹Native level / fluent German (C2) and at least B2 level of English
🔹You bring solid experience in agency recruitment (Personalberatung) with a track record of successfully hitting and exceeding your billing targets (any industry)
🔹You are passionate about Sales, Business Development and love winning new opportunities
🔹You are highly organised with a keen eye for detail and administratively sound
🔹You are proactive, disciplined & goal oriented with a clear WHY for sales & recruitment
🔹You have strong communication skills & are great at building long lasting business relationships
🔹You are ambitious, enthusiastic and want to progress in your career
Our Recruitment Process usually takes 2-4 weeks with a maximum of 4 steps:
1.Initial intro call to see where we align
2.Behaviroural call with the internal Recruitment team
3.First Interview with the Hiring Manager (virtual or on site)
4.Final Interivew with the Hiring Manager and the team (on site in Munich)
