This particular role is with our highy motivated Contracts team in our London office within the Tech industry (Austin Fraser brand) where team manager Charles is currently building a completely fresh team to expand the contracts business on the Enterprise level. Are you currently working in a 360° capacity, but thrive in Business Development and on the client side? 🔸Lead Generation. You define where to play and how to win new business and continuously generate leads / new opportunities.
🔸New Business Acquisition. You use your network to approach potential (Large / Enterprise) clients on the phone (cold calling), via email or social media to acquire new business i.e. new contract roles for the team to work on.
🔸Sharing powerful insights into our markets gained through your experience and network.
🔸Developing the sales strategy and influencing region's growth plans.
🔸Assist with the planning and fulfilling of sales activities to meet business sales targets.
🔸Account Management. You develop and maintain long lasting relationships with the new clients you brought in.
🔸You are a role model of our values and ambassador for our culture
What you bring with you:
🔹Business Development / Account Management / Sales Experience within the Staffing & Recruiting industry (ideally some experience within Contract recruitment)
🔹Proven track record of winning new business and meeting & exceeding targets
🔹Motivation & Drive. A solid "WHY" for sales, business development and the recruitment industry.
