This particular role is with our incredible Accounts Management Team in our Munich office within the Tech industry (Austin Fraser brand). We are looking for a passionate, sales focussed and ambitious Account Manager to join a motivated & fun team of 6. If you love sales, business development and enjoy working with enterprise level accounts - this one is for you!

Your focus as Principal Account Manager:

🔸You are responsible for the management and further expansion of one of our largest corporate clients (in the area of Permanent Recruitment Solutions - 180° degrees) and have a significant influence on your own success and that of our account team - there are no limits to your personal development! 💫

🔸You will be fully committed to our major client and its subsidiaries, regularly landing new projects (new roles for you and the team to work on) to ensure stable performance for you and the team.

🔸You work closely with the recruiters in your team, who are headhunting amazing tech talent, to ensure we are delivering a high quality of candidates for open roles / projects.

🔸You are the first point of contact for the client and you know how to build long lasting relationships.

🔸You negotiate new terms & conditions, improve existing contracts by upselling or sell retainer solutions.

🔸You refer potential candidates to the client (Sell-in)

🔸Process management from candidate introduction to the signing of the contract on the client's side

🔸Networking through different channels - by phone, by email, by social media, via (online) events...

What you'll bring to the table:

🔹Your speak native level / fluent German and at least B2 level of English

🔹Ideally, your background is within 360° Recruitment and you are very familiar with the agency recruitment cycle (Personalberatung)

🔹You have solid experience in Account Managament & Expnsion of Accounts

🔹You are passionate about Sales & Business Development

🔹You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and administratively sound

🔹You are self-motivated & goal oriented

🔹You have strong communication skills & are great at buildign long lasting business relationships

🔹You are ambitious, with a keen interest in self-development and career progression
