🔸 Managing a 180° desk, focusing on candidate side sourcing, headhunting, selection, negotiating, maintaining candidate communication, and providing an exceptional experience for your Tech candidates in the London area.

🔸Develop talent pipelines while building and maintaining strong candidate relationships, all while closely working with the account managers / 360° Recruitment Consulting in your team.

🔸Recruiting/headhunting candidates according to specific technical needs which involves cold calling candidates, approaching talent on social media, tech events etc.

🔸Promote and attend networking events and opportunities prevalent in the IT community.

🔸Represent the Austin Fraser Tech brand whilst networking with notable members of the tech community in the London area and beyond.


🔹 Proven agency experience - working in 180° or 360° capacity within staffing a recruiting - Current Seniors in the team are placing 6 candidates a month!
