We are looking for a passionate, energetic, enthusiastic and driven (Associate) Recruiter / Delivery consultant to join our highly motivated Team on 19 amazing individuals ( Recruiters and Account Managers from junior to director level).

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

🚀Managing a 180° desk: in short, you will be focused on the candidate side of the 360° agency recruitment cycle and will be: Actively sourcing (headhunting) candidates for Tech roles within a specific vertical, cold calling candidates, lead generating throguh your conversations with candidates, negotiating, maintaining candidate communication and providing an exceptional experience for your Tech candidates in the Reading / London area

🚀Developing Tech Talent pipelines: build and maintain strong candidate relationships, all while closely working with the account managers in your team to fill open positions with our clients.

🚀Networking: Connecting and building your candidate network within a specific Tech vertical (i.e. .NET, DevOps, Java or similar)

🚀Promoting and attending networking events and opportunities prevalent in the Tech community.

🚀Building your Personal Brand

🚀Representing the Austin Fraser Tech brand whilst networking with notable members of the tech community in the London area and beyond.

☄️We do not require any previous experience, but if you already bring experience in Sales or Recruitment it would be benefial!
