We love being ahead of the game! Remote working was on our radar LONG before this thing called “Covid-19” entered our lives. Not only did we want our tech recruiters to feel valued, engaged and trusted to get the job done, but we wanted them to fit their working week around their lives, and not the other way round.

So we introduced FlexAppeal.

By giving you full freedom and control over when and where you work most productively, you can truly live your best life! It means that you have the power to:

Choose where you work most productively - your sofa, a beach or one of our amazing offices. That’s the beauty of remote working!

Create a work schedule that works for you - whether you’re a night owl or an early riser, work when you’re feeling productive.

Fit your work around your life, not the other way round - no more booking days off to go to the dentist or parent evening’s. 

This is not to say that you absolutely cannot work a normal 9-5… Of course you can! But just know that it’s your choice. So if one day you decide to change things up and see if remote working is for you - go for it! You’re in the driver’s seat. 

All we ask is that you work 39 hours between Monday and Friday. Just don’t forget to take some breaks too! Did we mention that these are unlimited at Austin International?
